Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Meet one-on-one with seniors to review Medicare and insurance options
- Provide Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and life insurance solutions
- Build long-term client relationships that generate recurring renewal income
- Work within the Springfield and greater Delaware County market
- Operate independently while leveraging proven systems, support, and partnerships
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Active Life & Health Insurance License (required)
- Medicare experience strongly preferred
- Professional, consultative sales approach
- Self-directed with a desire for income growth and ownership
- Agents looking to improve renewals, overrides, and long-term value
