Customer Service Manager – State Farm Agent Team Member (Ian Minnigerode’s Agency)

Compensation:

$52,000 - $65,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do (Daily Responsibilities)

Run the day-to-day office operations to keep workflows smooth and efficient
Manage calendars & scheduling (appointments, meetings, conferences)
Answer incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette and a friendly, professional tone
Greet visitors and direct them to the right place
Support, train, and coach the team to work smarter and succeed
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For

Strong organization and multitasking skills
Experience with scheduling, phone systems, and office technology (or quick learning ability)
Excellent communication skills (verbal + written)
A customer-first mindset and professional attitude
Ability to stay calm, focused, and helpful in a fast-paced environment
