Benefits Competitive pay & a comprehensive benefit package Health Saving Account Flexible Saving Account Employee Assistance Program Annual education allowance Generous referral program Fun & collaborative company culture with team‑building events Friends and Family rates for Level Hotels & Furnished Suites, The Opus Hotel, and The Emily Hotel Responsibilities Coordinate details of contract with the Chef de Party and Events Manager Confirm staff assignments with MOD prior to service staff arrival Confirm pull sheet with Culinary and MOD Supervise placement of tables, chairs, table settings, and serving stations to ensure proper arrangement Consult with Chef to discuss timing of meal courses being served Greet client POC upon arrival and review BEO details with client to confirm understanding and expectations Serve as a secondary contact for the client; MOD remains primary Communicate and coordinate between MOD and client as needed Oversee guest seating, meal and beverage service, and quick table clearing Manage availability of liquor and soft drinks Answer customer questions and accommodate special requests when necessary Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience servicing events in a fast‑paced restaurant or event space (preferred) High School Diploma or GED Extensive knowledge of event service styles and setups #J-18808-Ljbffr
