Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. What We Offer Comprehensive 10‑week training program with a starting hourly rate of $33.50/hour until assigned a route Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route Majority work a 4‑day workweek Majority work no nights or weekends Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and build rapport with key decision makers Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services Negotiate service‑agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely Comply with driving and vehicle regulations Required Qualifications Qualified by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs (active driver’s license, at least 21 years of age, DOT medical certification, documentation of prior employment) Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position High School diploma, GED or equivalent military service Strong customer‑service orientation and self‑motivation Team‑orientated, positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits with options below the national average Competitive pay and hourly rate 401(k) with company match / profit sharing / employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) Disability, life and AD&D insurance, 100% company‑paid Paid time off and holidays Skills development, training and career‑advancement opportunities Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 – $90,000 per year, combining base salary with earned commissions.
