Sommaire du poste Le commis en magasin accompagne le client dans un projet de rénovation. Il accueille, sert et conseille les clients de façon dynamique et courtoise. Accueillir et servir les clients de l’accueil à la vente finale. Offrir un service à la clientèle personnalisé en écoutant, évaluant et recommandant les produits adaptés. Garnir les tablettes et créer des montages de marchandisage dans des endroits stratégiques. Réceptionner la marchandise des fournisseurs. Respecter les normes de santé, sécurité et propreté. Profil recherché Compétences Bonne capacité physique. Bonne communication. Collaboration et travail d’équipe. Orientation vers le service client. Engagement et résultats. Adaptation à un environnement évolutif. Approche bienveillante et professionnelle. Connaissances et formations requises Calculs pour estimer la quantité de produits. Compétences informatiques. Expérience dans le commerce de détail (atout). Maîtrise du français écrit et oral. Connaissances en rénovation (atout). Conditions de travail Salaire offert selon l’expérience et l’équité interne; horaire de travail variable; travail debout avec déplacements fréquents; charges de 50 à 75 livres à lever.
