Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrable proficiency in evidence-based practices for co-occurring disorders, including Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Strong understanding of the interrelationship between mental health issues and substance use disorders.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
