Work Environment\nBased in Gilbert, Arizona, this role provides the advantage of a hybrid work model, allowing for remote sessions while being part of a thriving outpatient office. Our office boasts state-of-the-art telehealth technology to facilitate accessible therapy sessions and improve client engagement. The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening hours required for client appointments, promoting flexibility in meeting client needs.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance use issues, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of co-occurring disorders. \n
- Collaborate closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans implementing evidence-based therapies that cater to their unique challenges. \n
- Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at teaching clients essential coping mechanisms, relapse prevention strategies, and emotional regulation skills. \n
- Partner with a dynamic multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists to deliver coordinated and holistic care. \n
- Engage clients in regular substance use monitoring, leveraging motivational interviewing techniques to empower them throughout their recovery journey. \n
- Provide psychoeducation for clients and their families to elucidate the complexities of co-occurring disorders and underscore the necessity of treatment compliance. \n
- Maintain meticulous, timely documentation of treatment interventions and client progress in adherence with ethical and legal requirements. \n
- Actively participate in case conferences and staff meetings to continually enhance skills and knowledge related to co-occurring disorder treatments. \n
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Gotham Enterprises, you will focus on a diverse patient population, primarily those dealing with co-occurring disorders. This may include individuals with anxiety, depression, and substance reliance. You will play a key role in developing recovery strategies that foster resilience and stability in their lives, ensuring that they feel seen, heard, and supported throughout the therapeutic process.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona. \n
- Demonstrable proficiency in evidence-based practices for co-occurring disorders, including Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing. \n
- Strong understanding of the interrelationship between mental health issues and substance use disorders. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. \n

- A minimum of two years of relevant work experience in a mental health counseling setting, particularly with co-occurring populations. \n
- Familiarity with integrated care models and a commitment to advancing team-based care. \n
The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000, along with a lucrative sign-on bonus.
