This role champions Sunrise's Resident-Centered Care model while supporting families and developing a strong, well-trained team.What You'll Do:Lead daily operations of the reminiscence neighborhood in compliance with regulations and Sunrise standardsChampion the designated care manager model and Life Skills programmingDevelop and facilitate dementia-appropriate activities that create purposeful, pleasant daysPartner with clinical leadership to ensure ISPs, safety, hydration and care needs are metSupport families through meetings, education and monthly support groupsMonitor quality indicators including weight management, behaviors and medication oversightManage staffing, scheduling, training and performance managementOversee department budget and financial performanceEnsure regulatory compliance and risk management standardsPay Range: 70,720.00 - 91,676.00Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
