Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and admission plans to achieve business growth and revenue goals

• Build and maintain relationships with local hospitals, physicians, and healthcare providers to generate referrals and admissions

• Collaborate with internal teams, including admissions, marketing, and sales, to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing strategy

• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

• Develop and manage marketing budgets and campaigns, including print, digital, and promotional materials

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing and admissions, with a focus on skilled nursing census.

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, analysis, and strategy development

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
