Clinical Oncology Specialist, Breast

Natera

Natera seeks a Clinical Oncology Specialist to drive adoption of Signatera, a ctDNA molecular diagnostics test, across breast oncology practices in the Central region. The role involves engaging key opinion leaders, developing territory strategy, and building clinical relationships with oncologists, surgeons, and radiologists across academic and community settings.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic territory plan focused on growth and account penetration
Identify and engage key opinion leaders to integrate Signatera into clinical decision-making
Deliver clinical education to physicians and care teams on oncology solutions
Drive product adoption by influencing provider and system-level clinical decisions
Monitor account performance and market trends; identify new business opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
5+ years breast oncology, surgical sales, or molecular diagnostics experience
Knowledge of academic and community oncology markets and reimbursement
Valid driver's license with safe driving record
Frequent travel capability, approximately 75% travel including overnight
Strong clinical understanding of oncology and molecular diagnostics
Proven leadership and business acumen

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus uncapped quarterly commissions, car allowance, and Restricted Stock Units
