Provides support to the Warehouse Supervisors with the daily warehouse workflow. Assists with conducting daily safety checks on equipment, including the forklift Assist with the inspections for the quality and quantity of supplies and equipment delivered to the department. Maintains detailed and accurate warehouse work records. Collaborates with the team to identify ways to improve departmental effectiveness and implements viable ideas. Orders new equipment as requested by management. Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Required Skills Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High level of organization, with attention to details Knowledge of records, inventories, and other routine documentation used in the warehouse. Thorough understanding of warehouse procedures and regulations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Education and Experience REQUIRED: At least 1-2 years of related warehouse work experience REQUIRED: Chinese and English proficiency. REQUIRED: ERP inventory and FTZ system experience.High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
