Bartender

The Stand Up Comedy Club in Bellflower, CA is looking for one bartender to join our 20 person strong team. We are located on 9831 Belmont St. Our ideal candidate is a self‑starter, motivated, and engaged. This is not a regular job, we are an entertainment venue, we have comedy shows in the evenings so you will be surrounded by laughter and people having a good time, the team loves their job and we have a fun environment. We need people with great attitude and able to work with others. No egos. We are all part of a big family. This is a part‑time BARTENDER (Barback experience also needed) job in a very fast environment where you are ready to have fun and enjoy working with awesome people, you have to love what you do, this is not a summer job this is a job with perks that you might not want to miss out on. Responsibilities Prepare alcoholic or non‑alcoholic beverages Mixing, garnishing and serving legendary cocktails according to company specifications. Maintain the bar organized Wash and dry glassware prepare garnishes before the show Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Work great alone and with a team Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies After every show you will do inventory for next show Comply with all food and beverage regulations Mopping floor is required Qualifications Proven working experience as a bartender/barback No EGOS Service bar experience is a must Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Relevant training certificate We are looking forward to receiving your application.
