Contracts Specialist - Legal Review Documentation Review & Edi

Description: Role: Contracts Specialist - Legal Review (IT Transactions) Location: TCS Office based in Edison, NJ (expectation is 3 days a week and this can increase due to business need) Job Description: •The position requires review of contract terms in Statements of Work, Work Orders, Change Orders, amendments to SOWs, etc. •The reviewer will ensure that there are no "legal terms" slipped in, will ensure consistency with MSA as well as act as gatekeeper for any internal approvals that may be required for approving the document. •Review of contract terms in Non-Disclosure Agreements.
•Review of amendments to master services agreement •Experience in review of contract terms as part of a legal department is preferred. •Must be able to independently review and approve SOWs, CRs and NDAs and know what to flag to an attorney for further review. Qualifications: •Ideal candidates must have at least 3 years of experience reviewing SOW, CRs, WOs etc. with a technology company which is a service provider/vendor •Experience in the technology procurement team of any other company (as a customer) is also acceptable. •Must be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple clients and stakeholders Salary Range: $75,500 - $111,200 #LI-AD1
