Assist caregivers by addressing client needs and managing staffing schedules. Qualifications and Requirements Experience as a Homecare Supervisor in a Community Care Program or in‑home care setting. Strong leadership, organizational, and conflict‑resolution skills. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of personal care needs of older adults and individuals with disabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred. Reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent required.
