Quality Inspector

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL, for a Quality Inspector. Responsibilities Responsible for performing preliminary, hidden-damage, in-process and final inspections on civil aviation articles in accordance with the current technical data Ensure all inspections are properly performed and recorded, and all records are properly executed before final approval for return to service of articles maintained or altered by this repair station Responsible for performing external damage visual inspection on received and shipped parts in accordance with the current technical data by the manufacturer's instructions. Ensure work performed by outside sources and incorporated in articles undergoing maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alteration in this repair station was properly performed and documented. Utilize approved technical data to determine airworthiness. Qualifications Maintenance preferred Read, write, and understand the English language Powerplant certification required for Final Inspection and Return to Service privileges. Airframe & Powerplant preferred Experience using precision measuring equipment (Verniers, Micrometers, etc.) License/Certification Requirements for Inspectors Receiving Inspection = Preferred In-Process Inspection = Preferred Final Inspection/Return to Service = Required NDT Inspection = Minimum Repairman Certificate #J-18808-Ljbffr IAG Aero Group
