Registered Nurse (RN) – $3,500 Sign-On Bonus
River Valley Nursing Home – Butler, KY
Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN

Location: 305 Taylor Street, Butler, KY 41006

River Valley Nursing Home is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our in-house nursing team. We are agency-free , which means you’ll work with a consistent, supportive team that values your skills and commitment to resident care.

RN Responsibilities

Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents
Safely administer medications and treatments
Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions
Maintain accurate medical records and care plans
Report changes in resident status to physicians and leadership
Collaborate with LPNs, STNAs, physicians, and families

RN Requirements

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky (required)
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Reliable and team-oriented with a passion for quality care
