Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
• Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using multi-line phone systems.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving for resolution.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel or a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit procedures is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for managing inquiries effectively.
