Enterprise And Key Account ManagerAs an Enterprise and Key Account Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with CPA firms, gaining a deep understanding of their needs as they relate to the services provided by alliant Talent's India-based team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for current and prospective CPA firm clients, negotiating contracts, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for growth, client development, and retention.As a national premier consulting firm, alliant is focused on providing solutions to help businesses transform and thrive, while being their ongoing growth partner. This role is within our Business Development department, which supports all service lines across the organization.Responsibilities:Act as the primary liaison and serve as the main point of contact for Audit client inquiries and issuesBuild strong, strategic relationships with clients to better understand their business needs as to recognize further opportunities for alliant to support the CPA Firms (for example, collaborating with Enterprise Sales to explore if there are any Audit opportunities)Support the client journey through AI technology solutions, outsourcing capabilities, and managed servicesNegotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining service level standardsQuickly address and resolve operational issues, employees' concerns, and other challenges that arise for the CPA FirmsTrack key performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and provide insights to improve the overall client experience and alliant Talent delivery of servicesIdentify opportunities to expand business offerings to existing clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and continued partnershipQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Communications, or related field required.Preferred 3 years+ experience in sales, finance or account managementClient-focused approach and ability to understand business needs; problem-solving mindset is keyStrong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple clients and tasksStrong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skillsAbility to diffuse escalated situations with clients, maintaining a professional and calm demeanorProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially strong Excel skills) and CRM software applicationsHigh sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing prioritiesReceptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essentialCandidate must reside or relocate to Houston, TXAlliant offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package including 100% employer paid medical/dental premiums for single coverage for certain options, 401(k) matching, PTO, company provided life insurance and disability, onsite gym and group exercise classes, paid covered parking, and more!
