Principaldutiesand Responsibilities: Field verifying location and nature of work being performed by putting eyes on the project. Confirmqualityof workbeingdoneandquantitydoneattheend ofeach day. Responsibleformaintainingacceptableperformancestandardsandmetricsofcrewsworking on project. Maintaincontractschedule. Overseeday-to-dayperformanceofConstructionCoordinators. Responsibleforalladministrativefunctionsnecessarytodocumentworkincludingbutnot limited to ordering and tracking of supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc. Ensuresafetypracticesandproceduresarebeingfollowedatalltimes. Perform other related work as assigned using available resources to achieve established goals. PositionRequirements: HighSchool Diploma Havetheabilitytocompleteassignmentswithnosupervisionandself-directdailyactivities Organizedandmotivatedtoprovideprojectsupportasdirected Conscientiousprofessionalwhohasapleasantphonemannerandexcellentorganizational skills 1-3yearspreviousConstructionexperienceinthefield ProficientinMicrosoftOfficeproducts,specificallyWord,ExcelandOutlook Abilityto handlemultipletasks (This is not a complete listing of all duties and responsibilities.
