Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a Medical Surgical setting. The nurse will be responsible for delivering safe and effective patient care during 12-hour shifts, including every third weekend.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor vital signs and observe for changes or signs of deterioration.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient information and care activities thoroughly.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Medical Surgical nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work 7p-7a shifts, including weekends.
