Hangzhou Kindergarten looking for Homeroom Teachers!
Position: Homeroom teacher
Starting: ASAP
Requirements:
- Native English Speaker;
- Bachelors degree or equivalent;
- Two years of kindergarten experience and references required;
- Young and energetic preferred;
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.

The Role
We’re looking for a senior early years educator to lead a blended Montessori, EYFS, Reggio, Froebel, and IB PYP program. You’ll work in a modern, well-resourced kindergarten with full teaching support and a collaborative team.

What You’ll Do
Design and deliver integrated, inquiry-based lessons across multiple early years pedagogies
Coach and mentor junior teachers on classroom setup, observation, and portfolio documentation
Assess children’s developmental progress and adapt instruction accordingly
Lead parent workshops and curriculum events to strengthen home-school partnerships
Support accreditation and curriculum documentation

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS/State License) preferred
At least 2 years of early years teaching experience
Formal training/certification in: Montessori, EYFS, Reggio, Froebel, IB PYP
Native English speakers;
Culturally adaptable and excited to work in China

What We Offer
Salary: RMB 25,000–40,000/month
