Good Feet Midwest is one of the fastest-growing franchises of The Good Feet Store, with more than 45 locations across the Midwest and South and plans to double in size over the next 3-5 years. We're seeking a sales Manager who can build a winning team, drive store performance, and help customers improve their quality of life through a proven consultative sales process. Successful Sales Managers can grow into Area Sales Manager and other multi-unit leadership opportunities as Good Feet Midwest continues expanding into new and existing markets. What You'll Do
- Lead by example on the sales floor
- Drive store sales performance and profitability
- Coach and develop Sales Consultants to exceed expectations
- Create a culture of accountability, service, and achievement
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard top talent
- Monitor key performance metrics and drive results
- Manage store operations, inventory, and daily execution
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Lead by example on the sales floor
- Build a positive reputation within the local community
Strong Leadership Backgrounds Include
Furniture sales, automotive sales, mattress sales, wireless sales, insurance sales, home improvement sales, fitness membership sales, medical sales, financial services sales, and other commission-based sales environments What Helps Leaders Succeed Here

Schedule
Weekdays: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a weekly basis
- Ability to reach overhead into shelving units to maintain inventory
- Ability to work independently in a store during scheduled shifts
