What You’ll Do Provide RN-level assessment, oversight, and interventions for residents during the night shift. Complete medication passes with precision and care. Respond to emergencies with calm confidence. Support CNAs and be the go-to leader for the night crew. Document like a pro - clear, accurate and on time. What We’re Looking For Current RN license (Illinois) in good standing. Someone who’s cool under pressure, steady in emergencies, and compassionate always. A nurse who knows night shift isn’t just “trickier” - it’s where independence and leadership really shines. The kind of person who doesn’t mind their “coffee break” happening at 2 a.m. Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job. Must successfully pass background and drug screen.
