Store Manager

Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations, employee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to ensure effective staffing and compliance with policies. Key Responsibilities: Oversee ordering, receiving, stocking, merchandise presentation, and customer service. Evaluate business trends through operating statements, control expenses, and maintain inventory accuracy. Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and security while providing superior customer experiences. Personally open and close the store regularly, facilitate staff development, and handle administrative tasks including documentation and adherence to company policies. Qualifications & Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, merchandising, and safety protocols. Ability to interpret manuals, perform mathematical calculations, and operate cash registers. Bilingual skills may be preferred in some locations. Experience & Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; management experience in retail is advantageous. Physical & Working Conditions: Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and occasional outdoor exposure. Ability to operate equipment and transport merchandise as needed.
