We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and helping individuals achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Evaluate and process consumer loan applications
- Analyze clients' financial situations to recommend appropriate loan products
- Assist clients with loan applications and ensure all required documentation is complete
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of lending products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan application process
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Conduct credit checks and assessments for loan approvals
- Educate clients on the various lending options available
- Collaborate with other financial professionals to provide comprehensive financial solutions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to loans
- Monitor loan accounts to ensure timely payments and address any delinquencies
- Prepare and present loan proposals to management
- Keep up to date with industry trends and changes in lending regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in consumer lending or financial services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with financial software and loan processing systems
- Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a financial services or lending role
- Basic understanding of lending products and financial principles
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good multitasking and time management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial information
- Familiarity with credit reporting and assessment processes
