Licensed Practical Nurse

Westview Health Care Center in Dayville, CT is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate, high‑quality clinical care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The LPN will provide direct bedside care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, document accurately in the EMR, and collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and CNAs. This role supports short‑term rehab, long‑term care, and memory care residents while promoting dignity, safety, and comfort.
