We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Child Therapist (LPC or LMSW) to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide outpatient individual and family therapy, conduct clinical assessments, and create customized treatment plans for pediatric and adolescent clients dealing with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and intake evaluations for pediatric and adolescent clients.
• Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized treatment plans (e.g., CBT, Play Therapy techniques, Trauma-Informed Care).
• Provide individual and family psychotherapy sessions.
• Collaborate with parents, guardians, schools, and medical professionals to support overall client well-being.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with practice standards and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field (Required).
• Licensure: Active Kansas state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) (Required). LSCSW, LMFT, or LCPC candidates are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience: Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a clinical setting preferred.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, crisis intervention abilities, and effective communication with both young clients and their parents/caregivers.
