We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join a growing organization in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and help turn financial and operational data into clear business insights. This role will support planning, performance analysis, and reporting while working closely with finance and operational leaders across the business. The ideal candidate brings strong modeling and analytics capabilities, enjoys solving complex business problems, and is motivated by improving decision-making through accurate, actionable reporting.

Responsibilities:
• Build and refine financial models that support planning activities, revenue evaluation, cost analysis, and margin performance.
• Examine operational and financial information to uncover meaningful trends, highlight business risks, and identify opportunities for stronger results.
• Design and maintain automated reporting tools and dashboards that give leaders timely visibility into performance metrics.
• Collaborate with partners across finance and other departments to strengthen data quality and improve the efficiency of reporting workflows.
• Assist with month-end analysis by preparing reporting packages, investigating variances, and contributing to special financial assignments.
• Work with high-volume data sets to spot inefficiencies and support decisions grounded in quantitative analysis.
• Propose and help implement enhancements that expand reporting capabilities and improve overall business performance.• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP& A, commercial finance, or business analytics.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and model development.
• Hands-on experience creating dashboards and visual reports in Power BI, Tableau, or a similar business intelligence platform.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and clear communication skills.
• Experience working with enterprise business systems and large, complex data sets.
• Ability to explain financial findings effectively to both financial and non-financial audiences.
• Background in distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, or supply chain environments is preferred; database querying and report automation experience are a plus.
