In this role, you will assist during procedures, ensure patient safety, and help maintain an efficient ambulatory surgery environment. Position Offers Schedule: Flexible 4-day work week, daytime hours No weekends or on-call requirements Competitive hourly pay based on experience $23-25/hour Opportunity for professional growth within an established practice Supportive and team-oriented work environment Focus on high-quality patient care and safety Consistent schedule promoting work-life balance Key Responsibilities Assist physicians and clinical staff during endoscopic procedures Prepare and turnover procedure rooms efficiently Maintain a clean, sterile environment following infection control protocols Clean and reprocess equipment according to established standards Monitor patient safety throughout procedures and recoveryComplete accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications At least 1 year of endoscopy experience preferred CRCST or GTS certification strongly preferred Knowledge of infection control and reprocessing standards Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Apply today and join our team in Richmond.
