Job Summary

Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse (RN) in the Western Colorado area. This position involves providing compassionate, evidenced-based care in a family-centered birth place, including OR, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), and postpartum services. The RN will care for patients delivering at 32 weeks and beyond, supporting approximately 80+ deliveries per month in the coming months.

• Position Description: Seeking an experienced L&D RN to join a dynamic team providing couplet care, with responsibilities across Labor and Delivery, Operating Room, PACU, and postpartum units. The role involves caring for babies 32 weeks and up, with an emphasis on evidence-based practices and teamwork.
• Required Qualifications: Current Colorado RN license or compact license to practice in Colorado; AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification; current Flu Vaccination (mandatory from October 1st through April 1st); minimum 0 years of experience; available to work rotating 12-hour night shifts with changing weekend and call rotation.
• Preferred Qualifications: RN charge experience is preferred.
• Schedule: Rotating shift, working 12 hours per shift with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Call rotation involves one 12-hour shift every 6 weeks, subject to change.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be at least 75 miles away from the facility to comply with the radius rule.
