This model offers *predictable 2-week blocks* each month so you can practice at a high level while preserving significant personal time. *We are seeking a BC/BE Urologist* to share this schedule, ensuring consistent access for our community and strong continuity of care - all supported by a full-time clinical and operational infrastructure in Harker Heights, TX. Centrally located, Harker Heights is about 1 hour north of Austin, 2 hours from Dallas and San Antonio, and 3 hours from Houston. *Why This Model Works* This is not "part-time."
