We are looking for an efficient Outside Sales Representative to join a growing healthcare team in Oak Brook, Illinois. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face interactions, enjoys being active in the community, and is motivated by performance-based earnings. You will represent the organization at local events, connect with prospective patients, and help expand awareness of wellness services through meaningful conversations and relationship-building.

Responsibilities:
• Attend multiple community, wellness, and local business events each day to promote health and wellness services.
• Engage directly with attendees to explain the value of chiropractic care and encourage interest in available services.
• Turn conversations into leads by booking appointments and creating follow-up opportunities.
• Develop strong connections with community members and local organizations to strengthen market presence.
• Record outreach efforts, lead details, and appointment activity accurately in Salesforce.
• Serve as a brand representative in public settings while maintaining an approachable presence.
• Travel throughout the assigned local territory to support field-based sales and event participation.
• Participate in occasional weekend programs and adjust availability for early-start events when needed.• At least 1 year of experience in outside sales, event-based sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or a similar people-focused environment.
• Strong ability to start conversations, build rapport quickly, and communicate with confidence in public-facing settings.
• Comfort working independently in a field sales role with a results-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated interest in consultative selling and promoting wellness or healthcare-related services.
• Familiarity with tracking leads and activity in a CRM system such as Salesforce.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a local radius for events and outreach activities.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and early event start times.
