JOIN OUR TEAM – NATIVE ENGLISH KINDERGARTEN TEACHERS

Two Independent Campuses – Suzhou & Hangzhou, China

Start Date: Around August 20th (preparation for new semester)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are looking for qualified, experienced, and dedicated native English-speaking kindergarten teachers for two separate, well-established kindergartens – one in Suzhou and one in Hangzhou. Each campus operates independently with its own leadership team, but shares the same high standards of early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities (both campuses)

· Deliver immersive, play-based English instruction to children aged 2–6.
· Work collaboratively with Chinese co-teachers to plan and implement daily routines, lessons, and activities.
· Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
· Observe, assess, and document children’s developmental progress.
· Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and ongoing professional training.

Required Qualifications (strictly enforced)

· Native English speaker from one of the following countries:
USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa.
· Caucasian appearance (as expected by parents and school branding).
· Minimum 1–2 years of verified, full-time kindergarten teaching experience (post-graduation).
· Bachelor’s degree or higher (Early Childhood Education, English, or Education preferred).
· TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (120 hours minimum, in-person or online accepted).
· Clean criminal background check and recent health examination.
· Genuine passion for working with young learners; high energy, patience, and professionalism.
