Additional compensation: $5,000 bonus. Responsibilities Analyze lab-work results and provide dietary recommendations to patients and their families. Educate patients and families on nutrition plans tailored to their condition. Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and families in an intimate outpatient setting. Influence and lead patients toward healthier lifestyles. Qualifications State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located. Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a similar field required. Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities and travel when needed. Successful completion of Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% after hiring and training. Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook required; functional proficiency with DaVita-specific applications within 60 days.
