What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive support throughout all phases of complex litigation, including trial preparation and courtroom support.
• Manage trial binders, war room logistics, exhibits, witness materials, and filings under demanding deadlines.
• Coordinate federal court filings and maintain case documents, calendars, and deadlines.
• Assist attorneys with legal research, cite-checking, and preparation of briefs and court submissions, including Bluebook citation review.
• Draft and organize pleadings, discovery materials, and trial-related documents.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and fellow legal professionals while helping train and mentor junior paralegals as needed.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience supporting complex litigation matters.
• Demonstrated experience providing meaningful trial support, including ownership of exhibits, witnesses, filings, trial logistics, and case preparation.
• Experience supporting patent litigation matters.
• Background in complex commercial litigation, intellectual property, or other sophisticated federal litigation practices.
• Strong knowledge of federal court procedures and filing requirements.
• Experience with Bluebook cite-checking and legal document preparation.
• Team-oriented, coachable, and collaborative approach to supporting attorneys and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced trial environment.
