Role Description This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based in Las Cruces, NM. The Physical Therapist will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and balance disorders. Daily responsibilities include providing direct patient care, documenting clinical findings and progress, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and educating patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention. The role also involves participating in balance and vestibular rehabilitation programs, contributing to clinical quality initiatives, and supporting a culture of safety, respect, and clear communication. The Physical Therapist will help maintain an engaging, patient-centered environment aligned with FYZICAL’s standards of care. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation to assess, plan, and implement effective treatment programs. Strong Patient Care and Home Care skills to provide compassionate, individualized therapy and safe carryover of care beyond the clinic. Foundational knowledge of Medicine relevant to musculoskeletal, neurological, and balance conditions. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred. Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist in New Mexico. Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team, with strong communication and documentation skills. Experience with balance, vestibular, or neurologic rehabilitation is highly beneficial.
