About the Role:
Virtue Community Care Inc. is seeking an experienced Case Manager Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight to Case Managers serving youth placed through the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services (DCS) in our Supported Living and Family Model programs.

The Case Manager Supervisor is responsible for ensuring effective case coordination, timely and accurate documentation, staff performance, regulatory compliance, and quality service delivery for youth in care.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, support, and provide guidance to assigned Case Managers.
• Review caseloads, case documentation, monthly summaries, treatment plans, assessments, and required reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor case-management deadlines, required contacts, meetings, appointments, and follow-up activities.
• Ensure Case Managers maintain effective communication with DCS Family Service Workers, caregivers, residential staff, schools, healthcare providers, and treatment-team members.
• Provide oversight for treatment planning, Child and Family Team Meetings, discharge planning, placement stabilization, and transition planning.
• Monitor youth safety, behavioral concerns, incidents, educational progress, medical needs, and independent living goals.
• Support Case Managers during crises, significant incidents, placement concerns, and other high-risk situations.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, training, and ongoing supervision to Case Management staff.
• Conduct case reviews and identify documentation, compliance, or service-delivery concerns requiring corrective action.
• Collaborate with program leadership to ensure services meet DCS requirements and agency policies.
• Assist with audits, quality assurance activities, and continuous improvement efforts.

  Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work, Psychology or Criminal Justice.
• Previous experience in child welfare, foster care, residential services, behavioral health, case management, or a related field.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of case management, treatment planning, documentation standards, and child welfare practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide effective oversight in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet agency background and employment requirements.
