Join our team and help us provide exceptional care to our community.RequirementsConduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations, including intake assessments & follow-up assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing support for individuals with mental health conditions.Create, communicate, and carry out treatment plans with the patient.Complete full and appropriate documentation to support professional billing for services.Interpret test results to diagnose any health issues and provide feedback to patients.Educate and counsel patients regarding medication compliance.Prescribe medications when clinically necessary.Communicate with patients regarding diagnosis and treatment plan.Communicate with and make referrals to PCPs and/or specialists as appropriate.Provide services at community partnership locations.Maintain required licensure, certifications, and CME credits.Other duties as assigned.Daily volume expectations: 10-15 patientsFull-time, M-F, 8 am to 5 pmNo call Minimum Qualifications:Must possess an active & unrestricted license to practice in the state of Texas.Must possess an unrestricted DEA license in Texas.Preferred to possess a current board certification by a national certifying body as a Board-Certified Psychiatrist.Eligible for credentialing with all major insurance plans and to participate in Medicare.Excellent communication, patient relations, time management skills, and safety awareness are required.Computer literate and experienced with Electronic Medical Records.Benefits:401(k) retirement plan with company matchHealth insuranceDental InsuranceVision insuranceHealth savings account optionLife insuranceFlexible schedulePaid time offParental leaveProfessional development assistanceReferral programMedical specialties:PsychiatryLicense/Certification:License to practice in TX (Required)
