Key Tasks & Responsibilities Include: Answer and manage a multi-line phone system while providing exceptional customer service to patients and families. Welcome patients and visitors with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude. Schedule, coordinate, and confirm appointments for our Orthodontist to ensure efficient daily operations. Maintain organized and productive provider schedules by minimizing gaps and maximizing appointment availability. Collect, process, and post patient payments in accordance with company financial policies and procedures. Present treatment plans and clearly explain insurance benefits, payment options, and estimated out-of-pocket costs. Accurately enter, update, and maintain patient records in Dolphin software. Ensure the front office, reception area, and patient lobby remain clean, organized, and welcoming. Collaborate with team members to create a positive patient experience and supportive work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. What You Bring to the Team: A minimum of 1–2+ years of dental front office experience Experience in Orthodontics is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Great organizational skills and attention to detail A positive attitude and team player mentality Proficiency with computers and practice management software (Dolphin is a plus!)
