Remote Position Full Time - Salary Collaborative, quality-driven team About the Role Custom Home Health is seeking an experienced OASIS Review Specialist to support our Quality team on a full time basis. This fully remote role offers flexibility while allowing you to contribute your expertise in OASIS accuracy, ICD-10 coding, and regulatory compliance. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly skilled reviewer who values flexibility and is confident working independently while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Perform prospective review of OASIS assessments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance Validate ICD-10 coding and sequencing based on patient diagnoses and comorbidities Utilize OASIS validation and alert reports to identify inconsistencies Collaborate with clinicians to clarify documentation and ensure data integrity Identify trends impacting quality outcomes, compliance, and reimbursement Review visit utilization for appropriateness and potential under/over-utilization Communicate findings and trends to leadership Participate in QAPI and quality improvement initiatives as needed Conduct inter-rater reliability reviews when applicable Assist with additional chart audits as assigned Qualifications 1–2+ years of home health clinical experience required Home Health ICD-10 coding certification required OASIS certification preferred Strong working knowledge of OASIS and ICD-10 coding Knowledge of Medicare regulations and home health compliance Experience with EMR systems (WellSky experience preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Excellent communication and collaboration skills What to Expect Flexible workload based on chart availability Productivity expectations will be discussed based on availability and performance Opportunity to transition to increased volume based on quality and consistency Supportive Quality team focused on education, collaboration, and outcomes #J-18808-Ljbffr Custom Hospice
