Weekend coverage required. Float to Postpartum as needed. No call required. Guaranteed hours with potential for one 12-hour shift call-off per two-week period. Highlights: \n \n High-risk perinatal care in a Level III facility with 19 labor and delivery beds, 10 antepartum beds, and 30 postpartum beds \n Comprehensive women's services including 3 operating rooms, 2 PACU bays, and 7-bay triage unit \n Excellent staffing ratios: 1:1 in labor, 1:3 couplets in postpartum with CNA support, 1:2-3 in antepartum \n Robust interdisciplinary support including 24/7 delivering providers, CRNAs, surgical techs, and health unit coordinators \n Level II Trauma Center with 571 total staffed beds and Epic charting system \n 40 hours of paid orientation to ensure successful onboarding \n Requirements: \n \n Active Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission) \n Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience required \n Experience in facilities handling 100 deliveries per month (200 deliveries preferred) \n Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate or Relias Fetal Monitoring (all certifications are mandatory) \n Epic charting system experience required \n Must have sterile vaginal exam (SVE) experience – hardstop requirement \n Proficiency in high-risk obstetrics including neonatal resuscitation, cesarean sections, magnesium sulfate therapy, epidural management, and fetal monitoring \n Clean background check required; candidates must reside outside 50-mile local radius \n Two professional references covering one year of experience within the last three years \n Why Join Us? \n This 13-week travel assignment offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art women's pavilion providing comprehensive maternity services and Level II NICU care.
