Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to rehabilitation patients ages 16 and older within a 34-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation setting
• Support patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury throughout their recovery journey
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:7, delivering individualized, intensive rehabilitation-focused care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately using the Pinpoint EHR system
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to implement customized care plans aligned with each patient's recovery goals
• Report to the Charge Nurse and adhere to unit protocols, including wearing eggplant-colored scrubs

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Montana or compact state eligibility
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Availability to work night shifts, including holidays - must be available to work Christmas

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation nursing setting
• Familiarity with common rehabilitation diagnoses such as stroke, TBI, spinal cord injury, and orthopedic conditions
• Experience with inpatient acute rehabilitation workflows and patient populations

• Work within a state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation environment dedicated to maximizing patient health, function, and quality of life
• Expected 36 hours per week in a structured, specialized unit with a clear interdisciplinary team model
