Senior Technical Lead - Teamcenter

Your Role As a Senior Technical Lead – Teamcenter, you will lead end-to-end PLM migration programs, driving solution design, development, and execution of large-scale Teamcenter data migrations while ensuring high quality, integrity, and performance. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of migration solutions, tools, and frameworks Guide teams in building ETL pipelines for PLM data migration Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices Review and approve migration scripts, loaders, and validation tools Drive end-to-end migration execution including rehearsals and production cutover Ensure data integrity, relationships, and history preservation during migration Lead migration rehearsals, identify issues, and ensure resolution before go-live Monitor migration performance, scalability, and accuracy Define source-to-target data mapping with architects and SMEs Ensure accurate migration of Items, Item Revisions, BOMs, CAD/Documents, and classification data Define data transformation rules, validation logic, and reconciliation frameworks Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for migration issues and failures Your Skills & Experience Strong hands‑on experience in Siemens Teamcenter (RAC & Active Workspace) Expertise in ITK, SOA, and BMIDE Deep understanding of Teamcenter data model, workflows, and BOM structures Proven experience in Teamcenter migration or upgrade programs Experience with migration tools, bulk loaders, and ETL/data pipelines Nice to Have Experience with CAD integrations (NX, CATIA, Creo) Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills We promote equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of their cultural and social background, gender, disability, age, religion, beliefs, and sexual identity.
