UnitedHealthcare is seeking a Level2 Lifestyle Coach to provide telephonic and chat-based coaching for adults with Type 2 Diabetes, from a remote US location. You will support participants using evidence-based approaches, coordinating with dietitians and nurses to improve health outcomes. The role emphasizes NBHWC-aligned coaching, strong communication, and the ability to work 8:00am–5:00pm CST or 11:00am–7:00pm CST, Monday–Friday, with flexibility for remote work. #J-18808-Ljbffr UnitedHealthcare
