About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our care team at our Cassville, MO location. As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents by administering medications and providing personalized care.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and under the supervision of licensed nurses
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff and physicians
- Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with mealtime activities and ensure residents' nutritional needs are met
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration and resident care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
- Must be a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed
