We are looking for a General Laborer to join our Machine Shop team!

This position will assist with daily shop operations, material handling, equipment operation, inventory, and general organization while supporting the team wherever needed.

$18 + hourly DOE

• Operate cutting equipment and saws; training will be provided

• Assist with organizing materials, products, and work areas

• Maintain and monitor inventory of shop materials and supplies

• Keep the shop clean, safe, and organized

• Load and unload materials using a forklift

• Package and prepare shipments for delivery

• Assist with local deliveries to customers as needed

• Accurately measure materials using a tape measure

• Support other shop employees with production and material handling tasks

• Follow all company safety procedures and workplace guidelines

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily shop operations

This position is safety-sensitive

• Previous experience in a general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, or shop environment preferred
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
• Forklift experience required
• Must have or be willing to obtain OSHA 10 certification
• Welding experience is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and take on a variety of tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to following all safety policies and procedures
• Valid Class E driver's license with a safe driving record
