Call Center Representative

Providing Tier 1 HR Help Desk support, the part-time Call Center Representative will manage inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email, while working in a hybrid environment with remote days on Monday, Thursday, and Friday. Key responsibilities Manage difficult interactions with professionalism to maintain customer satisfaction Execute back-office HR tasks in accordance with company policies and compliance standards Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows through AI and automation solutions Required qualifications High school diploma/GED or bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience in HR shared services or call center environments Proficiency with AI-driven chat bots, voice assistants, and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions Experience utilizing case-management or ticketing systems in a high-volume support environment Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
