Job Description
The CPR Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality CPR training classes to small groups, typically ranging from 1 to 10 students. This role focuses on teaching established AHA curricula at a single training location, ensuring participants gain essential life-saving skills and certification. Instructor certification will be provided at no charge.
Responsibilities
- Conduct CPR training sessions for groups of 1-5 students
- Demonstrate correct CPR techniques clearly and effectively
- Ensure all students understand and can perform CPR skills competently
- Manage class environment to maintain engagement and safety
- Maintain training equipment and supplies in readiness for sessions
- Provide constructive feedback and answer participant questions
- Record attendance and certification outcomes accurately
Preferred Qualifications
- EMT or Nursing student
