Dietary Aide — Part-Time | 2nd Shift: 11:30 AM – 7:45 PM | $17.74/hour to start

About the Role

As a Dietary Aide, you will assist in prepping, plating, and serving meals to our residents, support dining room setup and cleanup, and help maintain the sanitation standards that keep our residents safe. We are looking for people with a genuine heart for service — someone who understands that how a meal is delivered matters just as much as what's on the plate.

• $17.74/hour to start, increasing to $18.57 after 90 days

• COVID premium — $3.10 per hour additional on every hour worked through 9/30/2026

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED

• One or more years of food service experience

• Excellent customer service skills and a solid attendance record

• Background check, fingerprinting, TB test, physical, drug screen, and influenza vaccine required

Preferred:

• Experience working with older adults

• ServSafe Certification
