Job Title: Coordinator for Strategic Projects

Objective of the Position: To coordinate and implement strategic projects related to new commercial alliances, operational models, and technological solutions, ensuring the correct integration of processes, systems, and work teams to meet business objectives, service commitments with commercial partners, and regulatory and operational standards of AXA.

Main Functions:

  • Coordinate projects related to new commercial alliances, products, and technological improvements.
  • Develop work plans, schedules, risk monitoring, and activity control.
  • Document business processes, flows, and requirements, and analyze current processes to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Design, document, and implement operational models aligned with the needs of commercial partners, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal areas, suppliers, and commercial partners.
  • Monitor the compliance of deliverables, timelines, and project scope.
  • Follow up on agreements, incidents, and dependencies with different stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Systems, or related field.
  • Language: Intermediate English desirable (verbal and written communication).
  • Type and duration of experience: Recent graduates of the bachelor's degree, 1 year of experience in Project Implementation and Administration, process documentation, and automation, desirable knowledge or management in insurance.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Insurance, Project methodologies (lean, Agile, and/or Scrum).
  • Tools: Intermediate Excel (database, indicators), Project and Visio necessary, Bizagi (desirable).
