Here’s what you’ll do: Manage and train team members including Crew, Carhops, and Skating Carhops to ensure a high standard of service. Direct daily operations and assign tasks to guarantee efficient food service. Enforce compliance with our employee handbook, policies, and health regulations for a safe work environment. Perform restaurant opening and closing tasks, maintaining operational efficiency. Prepare work schedules and monitor staffing levels to meet operational demands. Manage inventory levels and order supplies cost‑effectively. Maintain employment and payroll records accurately. Prioritize customer satisfaction and promptly address guest requests and complaints. Conduct interviews and hire staff to build a strong team. Prepare operational reports and create action plans for financial improvement. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers. What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies in business or restaurant management are a plus. Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience, preferably in quick‑service restaurants. Availability to work a minimum of five days per week with closing shifts, including weekends and holidays. Familiarity with recruitment, labor laws, and health regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Basic accounting knowledge and computer skills. Ability to work autonomously, multi‑task, and solve problems effectively.
